Platinum Delivery Service
After taking your new furniture to your room of choice, a dedicated 2-person team will unpack, assemble and position it in your preferred place, then remove all the packaging.

In order for our delivery team to be able to deliver your item(s) they need to book in your delivery; this is done via telephone and email to confirm. Please ensure you provide this vital contact information when you place your order. Without accurate and up-to-date contact details they will be unable to book in your delivery and we will not be held accountable for any orders being delivered late as a result.
We aim to deliver all goods within 7-10 days from the date of order. Due to the size and nature of these products we do not operate a next day service. We want to ensure your furniture arrives in the best possible quality and, as such, care must be taken in this process.
TWO MAN DELIVERY
All deliveries are made by a specialist two-man furniture delivery company. This ensures your furniture is handled correctly and arrives as intended; in perfect condition.

Your furniture is transferred to our delivery company
The delivery company will contact you with a delivery date and a time slot for that day - please note if this date is not convenient, or possible for you to receive, you must contact the delivery company as soon as possible to inform them so they may add your delivery to a more convenient day.
On the day of delivery the driver will call the specified contact number for you approximately 1 hour before they are due to arrive at your nominated delivery address.
Upon arrival to your address the two man team will deliver your goods to your door/hall way.
