Cancellation prior to delivery
Your order can be cancelled up to 2 days of order placement. After this period, you can still cancel your order but any deposit received would be forfeited.
Cancellations after delivery
All our products are made to order, which means every item is bespoke to the customer. Bespoke means any item which has been specifically manufactured to your own choice of colour or combination or size. Therefore, these products, as far as is permissible by law, are excluded from the Distance Selling Regulations. Therefore, no refunds can be given unless the product is deemed to be faulty.
We must be notified in writing within 3 days following delivery of any of our goods which you believe to be faulty or defective. We will consider your comments and provide you with a written response within 7 working days. In the event of any justifiable fault/defect, we will arrange to collect the goods from you, rectify the problem and return to you. If we do collect goods and find no manufacturing fault, then we reserve the right to charge for collection and re-delivery.
All our products come with a 12 month guarantee from delivery date.
